We make returns simple and hassle-free. If the product you ordered isn't suitable—whether due to a mistake in ordering or a change of mind—you can return items within 30 days, provided they remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
If you would like to request a return or replacement, please send us a message with your order number.
If the product you received is incorrect or damaged, we will gladly exchange it for you or provide a refund on a case-by-case basis.
FleaTickWorm.com does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, FleaTickWorm.com does not take title to the refunded item.
