Chewable Quad Dewormer for Dogs is an oral product for the removal of tapeworms, roundworms, hookworms, and whipworms in dogs and puppies three weeks of age and older and weighing at least 2 lb. The chewable tablets are scored to support accurate dosing.

Who It Is For

For dogs and puppies 3 weeks of age and older and weighing at least 2 lb. Not for use in pregnant dogs. Do not use in sick, weak, or debilitated dogs without veterinary guidance.

How to Give

Offer the chewable tablet directly by mouth or in a small amount of food. Make sure the entire dose is consumed. Fasting is not required.

Puppies and Small Dogs (2 to 25 lb)
2 to 4 lb: ½ tablet
5 to 7 lb: 1 tablet
8 to 12 lb: 1½ tablets
13 to 18 lb: 2 tablets
19 to 25 lb: 2½ tablets

Medium Dogs (26 to 60 lb)
26 to 30 lb: 1 tablet
31 to 44 lb: 1½ tablets
45 to 60 lb: 2 tablets

Large Dogs (45 to 120 lb)
45 to 60 lb: 1 tablet
61 to 90 lb: 1½ tablets
91 to 120 lb: 2 tablets

Good to Know

Tapeworm infection may recur if fleas or rodents are present in the environment. Retreatment may be necessary. Store at or below 77°F (25°C).
