    We’re currently experiencing some small delays on a limited number of shipments. This is not part of our normal process, and we’re working closely with our shipping partners to resolve things as quickly as possible.

    Most orders are still arriving within 2 to 5 business days, as expected. In some cases, our shipping partner DHL may contact you directly to request additional information. If you receive an email from DHL, please follow the instructions to help your package continue moving.

    There are no extra charges or fees. We have all of that covered.
